Businesses had one choice: to get their equipment and their lines, and that was from the phone company, whether it was bowel or Verizon AT & T or in Canada, here Telus or Bell. That was the only choice you had and for the lack of choice. You paid a lot of money. Most businesses, telecommunications, was not the first or second most expensive event. It was their third most expensive event on their profit and loss statement.

As to what you need to get for your company, especially if you’re a small or a medium-sized business, these things are very important. If you don’t get the right equipment, you will be continually frustrated, your staff will be frustrated and you won’t be able to get business done the way you want the first and most important thing you need to remember, and I’m going to tell you this on this Video and on the following videos is you need to get a good service relationship with the vendor or supplier you’re, going to be dealing with a lot of phone companies? Make the mistake of selling you the Box putting it in and not staying in touch with you?
The problem with that is that what worked on day one slowly starts not working as your business evolves. So you need to get a good relationship with your vendor. How do you do that? Let me tell you how you do you need to get a vendor, that’s local! You need to get a vendor that can talk to you can listen to what it is.
You need and understands your small business or your medium-sized business and doesn’t try to sell you a box, a box of stuff they’re gon na sell you a solution. Something is really going to work for you and it’s changeable. Make sure that that vendor is one you can talk to whenever you need to you can pick up the phone or text them or email them and that they have answers for you on how to get what you want quickly.
