In my busy schedule I booked an appointment 2-3 days ahead of time and when I arrived at the salon I was disappointed to hear that they didn’t have any record of my appointment. (Extremely unprofessional behaviour toward customers) . . . After offering 20% discount here on the website they refused to give it to me in the salon. I was satisfied with my service however I will never come back to Coquitlam Nails because of the management’s (owner) unprofessionalism and disrespect towards costumers.
Nice job on the nails, just got the feeling my nail tech really did not want to be there. Had a bit of a wait even after I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Not the cleanest place either. Will I return, no, not with all the other places that will surely appreciate my business
I’ve been a loyal customer of Coquitlam Nails, since they first opened. I recently went for a pedicure, gel nail removal, and a regular manicure. While the pedicure and the removal of my gel nails were done perfectly, the regular manicure was a complete disaster. The tech didn’t put my nails under the UV lamp and instead left my nails to air dry. She eventually told me that they were dry and sent me on my way. Believing that they were completely dry, I left and went home. By the time that I arrived home (10 minutes later) many of my nails were smudged and/or chipped. I messaged the owner to let her know and despite that I’m a loyal customer (who tips techs very generously), she made no offer to rectify the situation. I wasn’t asking for a refund or discounts on future services, I simply wanted the tech to repair her poor quality workmanship. In addition to being a loyal customer, I have also given referred countless individuals to Coquitlam Nails. After this highly disappointing experience, I won’t ever be returning to this nail salon, as a result of their extremely poor customer service and lack of regard for customer satisfaction.
Nice salon. Clean. The staff maintains protocols against Covid-19. The quality of mani- pedi is also satisfactory. Also easy to make an appointment by sending SMS.
Came in here today, for a last minute made appointment. They told me i could come in within an hour and i was booked with Lam! Never had him before, but he was amazing! Fast working, funny, and very talented. He does the best coffin shape. Made me so happy. I'll be coming back for my fill here with Lam!
